Youngsters Can Play with the Best Lacrosse Program in Town!

By “sticking” to fun and fundamentals while “shooting” for a “goal” of improved play through expert instruction, the Town of Hempstead Lacrosse Academy remains in a league of its own. Since, its creation a dozen years ago, TOHLA has been the most enjoyable and affordable youth lacrosse program on Long Island. From week-long clinics to small group lessons to one-on-one instruction, the Town of Hempstead Lacrosse Academy is determined to bolster skills and build confidence. TOHLA is staffed by homegrown collegiate All Americans and the region’s finest high school and college coaches. Players receive expert instruction on passing, catching, shooting and defending. There is specialized goalie instruction as well. Summer 2016 clinic dates and times will be announced this spring. Clinics are open to Town of Hempstead youngsters from 5 to 15 years of age. The Academy staff, pictured above, is comprised of esteemed college and high school coaches along with exceptional college players. Young lacrosse players receive expert instruction on the fundamentals of the sport, and have fun at the same time.
